Service Description

The main ingredient of Nabota Botox is Botulinum Toxin Type A, a natural protein extracted by purification technology. After injection, Botulinum Toxin Type A binds to receptor sites on motor nerve endings and enters the nerve endings, blocking the release of Acetylcholine and causing temporary relaxation of the muscles in the area:

Effect onset and duration

Effective time (varies by site)

• Expression lines on the face (forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet): Effects will be felt about 3-7 days after injection, with a peak at week 2.
• Bite muscle, jaw line (facial contour): Gradual muscle softening and facial changes over 3-4 weeks.
• Large muscle groups such as obliques and calves: Full results in about 3-4 weeks, some people need 1-2 months for full visualization

Maintenance period

Generally, it can be maintained for about 4-6 monthsThe length of an individual's maintenance period is influenced by the following factors:

Reference Dosage for Each Part

Precautions before treatment

• Inform your doctor of past medical history, medications or health foods you are taking
• Avoid taking aspirin, anticoagulant drugs, fish oil, ginkgo, etc. 1 week before injection to reduce the chance of bruising.
• If the injection site is infected, inflamed or has skin lesions, please wait until it recovers before applying the injection.
• Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should not be abused
• Not to be administered to persons taking muscle relaxants.

Post-treatment Notes

• Avoid lying down, sleeping on your stomach, lowering your head, or pressing on the injection site for 4 hours after the injection.
• Avoid strenuous exercise for 4 hours after injection to prevent the drug from spreading to non-treated areas.
• Slight swelling, bruising and pain within 6 hours after injection is normal and can be relieved by applying ice packs.
• Do not press or rub the injection area with your hands on the day of injection.
• You should not wear makeup or use harsh moisturizers on that day.
• Avoid acid peels, high temperatures (hot springs, saunas) and hot water cleansing for 1 week.
• Avoid soup for 1 month, and continue to strengthen sun protection and moisturizing care.

Contraindications (not suitable for the following conditions)

• Known allergy to any botulinum toxin preparation or ingredient of the preparation
• Infected persons at the presumed injection site
• Pregnant or breastfeeding women
• People with neuromuscular diseases (e.g. myasthenia gravis)
• Patients taking muscle relaxants
